Michelle D. Licciardi, Esq.
Michelle Licciardi graduated from Suffolk University Law School, Boston in 1997. She was immediately admitted to practice in both Florida and Massachusetts in 1997. In 1998 she became licensed to practice in the US District Court for District of Massachusetts. In her early years, Attorney Licciardi worked as an associate for a small firm specializing in criminal and civil litigation. Her clients included both adults and juveniles involved in the criminal justice system. As a young associate, she was responsible for overseeing various civil litigation matter throughout many courts in the Commonwealth.
During her time spent as a prosecutor with the Middlesex District Attorney's office, she gained valuable trial skills that earned her a reputation as a well respected trial attorney. She has consistently enjoyed great success both in an out of the courtroom. She has served as a mock trial judge in regional law school mock trial competitions, an adjunct professor at North Shore Community College and a panel coach for the Committee for Public Counsel Services Zealous Advocacy Training. In 2013 she applied for and was admitted to practice law in New Hampshire. She is a member of the Middlesex Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the New Hampshire Bar and the Florida Bar.
